Initiate and implement change projects, related to the implementation and management of innovative technologies in the company's rolling stock in order to achieve operational efficiency;
Analyze and evaluate advanced technology and software solutions for department efficiency and implementation of automation;
Perform economic and benefit calculations of projects, assess risks, prepare justifications, ensure effective coordination of the project team;
Contribute to the development and implementation of the department's rolling stock park management strategy;
Prepare action plans of the department, control their implementation, provide recommendations for successful achievement of results;
Ensure the implementation of the necessary changes with other business units to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs.
Requirements
Experience in project implementation and management;
Knowledge of advanced project management methodologies (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE 2 and similar certificates would be an advantage);
Good English language skills;
Analytical skills, flexibility, initiative;
Understanding of programming basics would be an advantage.
