RISK ENGINEER To work in Quality and Regulatory department at our Visaginas office

ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • As a Risk Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and improving our Risk Management System.
  • Working closely with the Process Risk Manager, you will ensure that risk management activities for manufacturing, quality and other business processes comply with relevant international standards and regulations.
  • This is a technical and analytical role, requiring a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to identify, evaluate, and propose solutions for risk scenarios. You will also provide guidance and support to other Risk Management team members, actively participating in discussions about risk causes, mitigations, and continuous process improvement.
  • This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply technical knowledge in a regulated medical manufacturing environment and grow into a subject matter expert in Risk Management. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical/scientific discipline
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and Lithuanian
  • Proven analytical & problem-solving ability
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and analysis
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Willingness to adapt and take initiative

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in manufacturing or process engineering
  • Understanding of Risk Management principles and standards (e.g. ISO 31000, ISO 14971)
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing technical documentation/drawings
  • Ability to lead discussions on risk causes, effects & controls
  • Experience in a regulated industry (medical, pharmaceutical etc.)
