RPA Developer (UiPath)

• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, test, and process automations primarily using UiPath.
• Ensure that solutions are built in line with internal development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Monitor, support, and enhance existing automations; investigate and resolve incidents and defects on time.
• Prepare and maintain solution documentation (e.g., process descriptions, solution design documents, test cases, operating procedures).
• Collaborate with business SMEs, process owners, and IT to ensure the successful delivery of automation initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement activities within the automation team.

Essential qualifications and experience

• Practical experience in RPA development, ideally with UiPath (commercial or strong project/academic experience).
• Understanding of software development principles (e.g., modular design, reusability, exception handling).
• Experience working with typical business applications (web applications, desktop applications, MS Office, SAP, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results

Preferred qualifications and experience

• Experience with databases (e.g., SQL), APIs, and system integrations
• UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Associate / Professional Automation Developer)
• Programming skills (Python, C#, or any other programming language)
• Experience with AI, hybrid LLM/RPA solutions, and Agentic AI is considered a strong advantage.
