Sales executive

• Prospecting & Sales: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;  Proactively prospect and source new busines through different channels - cold calling, networking, social media, partnerships, etc, to build client relationships and secure group bookings and corporate accounts
• Client Management: Establish and maintain good business relationships with potential and existing customers, travel agents, event planners; Manage corporate account portfolio to ensure maximum production and meet set professional goals
• Site Inspections: Conducting hotel tours and presentations for potential clients.
• Event coordination: Prepare detailed event proposals, quotations, and contracts to achieve revenue targets; implement accurate communication of event details to internal departments, resolve issues and ensure all contractual requirements are fulfilled.
• Support the development and implementation of new programs and strategies within Sales & Marketing.

• Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
• Experience in hotel sales, catering, or hospitality-related sales;
• High education (education in tourism and hospitality, marketing, or business administration, economics will be considered as an advantage);
• Results-driven approach and passion for sales;
• Local language. Fluency in English and other languages will be considered as an advantage;
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, fast learner;
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and CRM will be considered as an advantage;
