Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager Baltics to lead our B2B sales efforts and take over the day-to-day management of our sales organization we are active in DIY and Professional Sales markets in the Baltics as well as Finland and Sweden.

You’ll manage a team of 4+ salespeople, coordinate back-office and warehouse processes, and play a key role in increasing our marketshare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales in the Baltic region and parts of southern Sweden and Finland.
  • Lead and grow a sales team of 4-5 FTE, coaching and motivating them to perform.
  • Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Optimize client portfolio by focusing on the top  clients.
  • Build strong customer relationships with both DIY and professional segments.
  • Contribute to company strategy and—if successful—potentially grow into a General Manager role.

Requirements

We’re searching for a strong enthusiastic leader who can plant seeds and grow long-term relationships while also rebuilding and leading an effective sales operation.

Must-haves:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager, leading a team of at least 4-5 people.
  • Knowledge of the DIY or professional construction materials market.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • Proven ability to motivate and organize teams
  • Excellent communication skills (English at B2 level or higher)
  • Stable track record
