Job Description

  • Work with inbound leads, providing the highest level of service to potential customers
  • Sales of high value products
  • Communication with potential and existing business customers by phone and e-mail
  • Provide help to other Team members to solve everyday challenges

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of Italian language (at least C1 level, both written and spoken)
  • Successful experience working in a fast-paced work environment in customer service, logistics/transportation, sales or similar field
  • Excellent working skills in Microsoft Office programs
  • Teamwork, empathy, high inner motivation and self-discipline
  • Rapid orientation, adaptation to change, ability to act in uncertain situations, positivity
