Sales manager

An international company and manufacturer of water purification solutions is opening a position for a Sales Manager. We are looking for a proactive and responsible professional to drive sales growth and strengthen the company’s market position in Lithuania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing existing partners and actively seeking new business opportunities
• Conducting negotiations and signing contracts
• Achieving sales targets and promoting products on the market
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activity
• Planning promotional campaigns and activities for dealers and retail chains
• Production planning based on sales forecasts
• Working with customers in the company’s branded showroom
• Participating in local and international trade exhibitions

• Experience in B2B sales
• Experience working with DIY and FMCG retail chains
• Fluency in Lithuanian, English and Russian
• Valid Category B driving license
• Willingness to travel across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia
• Experience in selling water filtration products is an advantage
