Sales Operations Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately inputing Festo sales documents into the SAP system, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Keeping high standards of documents‘ handling and ensuring timely processing to meet operational deadlines
• Adhering to established data entry rules and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in document handling
• Working closely with team members to address any issues or questions related to document processing

We expect you have:

• Attention to details
• English language knowledge
• German language is a nice to have
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Willingness to work in highly structured working style

• Attractive salary package: base salary 1300 EUR/month (gross, based on the qualifications and experience), along with an attractive bonus system comprising yearly bonuses and a 13th salary
• Hybrid working model: 1 day per week from the office
