What you'll do:

• Grow the Lithuanian market by winning new B2B clients and managing relationships with the existing ones.
• Meet sales targets and manage your regional budget by presenting solutions, negotiating and closing deals.
• Track market trends, identify new opportunities and prepare simple sales reports and forecasts.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service delivery to the customers.
• Represent the company at industry events and regularly travel within Lithuania.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in field sales. If you were working with technical product sales in those two years - we would consider that as a strong benefit.
• Fluent Lithuanian and good English skills (B2 or higher).
• Valid driving license (B category).
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Independent, adaptable, and proactive personality.
