Senior iGaming Designer (Remote)

We’re looking for a Senior iGaming Designer to join our fast-growing, multi-brand online casino platform. If you live and breathe design, know what performs in the iGaming space, and want to work in a fast-paced, creative environment—this could be your next big move.

You’ll be joining a passionate and collaborative design team, led by a hands-on Creative Lead, and will be instrumental in producing compelling, high-converting design assets across multiple brands and channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design marketing and campaign materials (static & animated banners, social media assets, affiliate kits, CRM visuals, etc.) with a strong focus on performance and visual excellence.
• Craft engaging UI designs for new and existing product features in Figma, aligned with brand and usability standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure consistent and high-impact visual communication.
• Own projects from concept to final delivery—bringing fresh ideas, best practices, and sharp attention to detail.
• Lead by example on visual quality, brand consistency, and creative innovation.
• (Ideally) Create 3D visuals and motion graphics to elevate our brand storytelling across multiple platforms.

• 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry (B2C), with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on casino/slots/betting brands.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other design tools.
• Solid understanding of design for conversion—you know what works and why in banners, landing pages, and CRM visuals.
• Experience designing for multi-brand environments with strong visual consistency.
• Understanding of the iGaming user journey, affiliate channels, and digital marketing tactics.
• Bonus: Experience with 3D design tools (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D) and creating animations/motion graphics.
• A self-starter attitude with strong time-management skills and a team-first mindset.
