Senior Lawyer

This is a contract role for a Senior Lawyer located in Vilnius, with flexibility for some remote work. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing legal contracts, advising on asset and share transactions, overseeing clients‘ corporate matters.

• 5 or more years' experience in contract, corporate, finance law and / or transactions;
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
• strong organizational and time management skills;
• ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team;
• Bachelor or Master degree in Law of university in Lithuania and / or United Kingdom.

We offer a salary of 5,000 - 7,000 EUR (gross) plus bonuses.
