Job Description

  • Taking full ownership of Sintra’s SEO strategy, execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization;
  • Developing a long-term SEO roadmap focused on AI, SaaS, and AI Employees categories through keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis;
  • Building and managing content strategies that increase organic visibility, strengthen topical authority, and drive qualified traffic;
  • Identifying ranking opportunities and closing SEO gaps against competitors across relevant markets and search categories;
  • Optimizing website structure, technical SEO, internal linking, indexing, and crawling performance in collaboration with development and design teams;
  • Developing strategies to improve Sintra’s visibility across AI-powered search platforms and answer engines such as ChatGPT and Perplexity;
  • Monitoring SEO performance metrics including rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and revenue contribution to prioritize high-impact initiatives;
  • Managing SEO tools, reporting, and insights to continuously improve channel performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning SEO as a growth channel with measurable improvements in rankings, organic traffic, and business results;
  • Strong understanding of both technical SEO and content-driven SEO strategies;
  • Experience creating SEO strategies from scratch, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning;
  • Understanding of SaaS and AI product keyword landscapes, search intent, and competitive positioning;
  • Experience with on-site and off-site SEO principles;
  • Interest and understanding of AI search, LLMs, and emerging SEO trends such as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization);
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms;
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take full ownership of SEO outcomes.
