We are now recruiting EU/EEA Social Care Workers to join our teams across Ireland.

 

Social Care Worker – Relocate to Ireland

Locations: Ireland (Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Westmeath/ Dublin/ Cork/ Wicklow/Kildare)

Service: Disability Residential Services

Hours: 7 x 12-hour shifts over a 14-day period

Salary: €21.65 – €25.65 per hour + €1.50/hour Sunday premium

Relocation package for EU candidates

 

The Role

As a Social Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support to residents in a residential setting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting residents with daily living and life skills

• Acting as key worker where required

• Supporting education, personal goals and independence

• Assisting with appointments, family visits and community participation

• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Supporting coordination of shifts when required

Requirements (Essential)

Level 7 degree in Social Care (or EU equivalent) eligible for CORU registration

CORU registered or in process of registration

 

If you are not yet CORU registered, you may work as a Healthcare Assistant while completing registration

• Experience in disability / residential / respite services

• Knowledge of Person-Centred Planning and HIQA standards

EU/EEA citizenship (no visa sponsorship available)

• Strong English communication skills
