Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager, you'll take full ownership of Sintra.ai's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This is more than a content management role—you'll be responsible for developing the strategy, leading content production, managing the creative workflow, and driving performance across all channels.

You'll create compelling content ideas, write scripts, coordinate production, oversee video editing, and ensure every piece of content meets the highest quality standards before publication. This is a fast-paced, video-first role that requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the social media strategy, content quality, consistency, and performance across all platforms.
• Write scripts for a minimum of three short-form videos per week (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn) and one YouTube video per week.
• Coordinate content production, including organizing shoots, managing schedules, and collaborating with on-camera talent.
• Oversee the entire editorial workflow, ensuring projects move efficiently from script to filming, editing, review, and publication.
• Review all content before it goes live, providing clear, actionable feedback to editors and creators to maintain a high-quality standard.
• Monitor content performance, identify optimization opportunities, and continuously improve results through testing and data-driven insights.

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or creator at scale
• Strong scriptwriting skills — you know how to hook, hold, and convert
• Hands-on experience coordinating video production (shoots, talent, editors)
• Sharp eye for quality — you can tell a good edit from a great one, and you know why
• Comfortable working across short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) formats
