As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will ensure the best candidate experience from start to end of the recruitment process, maintain potential talent databases, prepare and conduct interviews, and take various initiatives to improve the recruitment processes.

What Will You Do?

• Building excellent candidate experience during the recruitment process;
• Sourcing and screening candidates from different channels: job board searches, referrals, and other sources;
• Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks;
• Organizing and conducting interviews;
• Taking a part in various initiatives for perfecting the recruitment processes;
• Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
• Hiring entry-level candidates for a Customer Success Manager role;
• Taking initiative in daily operations and taking care of hiring-related documentation;
• Representing the company online and offline.

What We Expect From You?

• Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles would be considered an advantage;
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy personality;
• Positivity and proactive attitude;
• Eagerness to try new things and ability to think outside the box;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both verbally and in writing;
• Ability to work full-time.
