Job Description

  • Responsible for monitoring and leading an assigned Accounts Payable team,
  • Ensure the understanding and compliant service delivery across McKesson of agreed policies and procedures by team members,
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of Accounts Payable data, such as manual invoicing, down payments and collection management processed by team members,
  • Supports team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements,
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints related to Accounts Payable processes as specified by relevant service level agreements and escalating queries and complaints.

Requirements

  • University degree / BSc in Economics or Business Administration with major in accounting
  • 3 years plus of proven knowledge of finance and accounting processes,
  • Proven team leading experience,
  • Experience in Accounts Payable processes in a complex and international business environment,
  • Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
