VALIDATION ENGINEER - Pabrade

We offer to join the validation team in Pabrade. This role will require the coordination and execution of validation activities for equipment/systems and methods in laboratory environment to ensure they are fit for intended use and comply with regulatory requirements.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform qualification and validation of laboratory equipment/systems and methods.
• Manage validation plans and projects.
• Develop and execute validation protocols: IQ, OQ and PQ, write Final Reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Technical and Development, IT, etc.) to ensure validation project timelines and quality expectations are met.
• Develop and implement solutions to validation issues.
• Conduct periodic reviews and post-change reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering/physics/chemistry or another relevant field). If you are interested, but do not have required degree, you may apply anyway to discuss other possibilities.
• Good oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio.
• Problem solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Good accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, and function effectively across interrelated departments.

• Job experience in medical device industry or other regulated industry, quality area.
