Warehouse Operative (Liverpool)

The main duties of the role will be the use of Manual Handling Equipment within a large chilled warehouse to pick a variety of fresh produce - ranging from fresh vegetables, dairy products, desserts etc. Operating Pallet Pump Truck’s and stacking items in roll cages, guided by digital wrist Computer AMT’s and trigger scanners. Colleagues are targeted and measured on pick rate and a comprehensive induction followed by ongoing training and coaching is provided to ensure target delivery is reached and sustained. This role includes some heavy lifting and repetitive actions in the picking and stacking of the cages, a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and awareness of other colleagues whilst using the trucks is required.

-Accommodation: First month £320.00 including deposit. After that £220.00 per month. Minimum stay 6 months.
-8 hour shifts. 5 days from 7 including weekends as part of the rota.

- Minimum 18 years of age
- Communicative English required. Must be able to read and write.
- Must be prepared to work in chilled environment.

Salary:
- £6.08 per hour to £9.85 per hour depending on productivity
