Own the scripting process from research and concept development to final delivery

Shape video concepts, hooks, angles, and narrative structures built for YouTube

Research competitors, trends, and audience behavior to identify opportunities for stronger finance content

Work closely with video editors during post-production to ensure the creative vision carries through to the final output

Take responsibility for the overall quality of the final product

Requirements

Proven experience in scriptwriting, editorial storytelling, or video content creation
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into engaging content
A good understanding of what makes YouTube content perform, including hooks, retention, pacing, and audience relevance
Excellent English, with the ability to write clearly and naturally for a global audience
High ownership, attention to quality, and a willingness to stay involved until the final result
The flexibility and efficiency needed to work in a small, fast-moving team
A pragmatic attitude toward AI tools — using them to work smarter and faster while maintaining a high bar for quality and originality

Nice to have

Experience in finance, business, investing, personal finance, or other research-heavy content categories would be a strong plus
