1stopVAT is a leading provider of VAT and tax compliance solutions, serving clients worldwide. We’re on a mission to simplify tax processes for businesses, and we’re looking to expand our team with an AI Engineer who can drive automation and enhance our lead generation and operations.
What You'll Do
- Build AI-powered automations: Design and implement AI-driven systems to enhance lead generation workflows, content repurposing, and cross-platform content distribution.
- Lead discovery and qualification: Architect and implement an AI-powered engine to autonomously discover and qualify sales leads across multiple markets.
- Automate the lead lifecycle: From data sourcing and enrichment to outreach and scoring, automate the full lead lifecycle, ensuring no potential lead is missed.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with operational and sales teams to ensure AI solutions align with commercial goals and brand tone.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience: Experience in building AI-driven automation workflows for lead generation, prospecting, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on expertise: Familiarity with automation tools such as N8N, Make.com, Zapier, Wand.ai, SimplAI, Instantly.ai, Clay, or similar platforms.
- B2B sales knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, email automation, enrichment APIs, and data security best practices.
- Growth hacker mindset: Ability to take projects from ideation to deployment independently with a focus on scalability and growth.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); proficiency in other European languages is a strong plus.
