An Associate

We are seeking an Associate to join our Corporate and M&A practice in Vilnius (with flexibility for partial remote work). This role is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and asset and share transactions.

You will play a key role in the execution of domestic and cross-border transactions, including conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation (e.g., share purchase agreements, asset transfer agreements, shareholders’ agreements), and advising clients throughout the deal lifecycle. In addition, you will support clients on ongoing corporate governance and strategic corporate matters.

• 3-6+ years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate law, and transactional work (experience in banking & finance is an advantage).
• Demonstrated experience advising on share and asset deals, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law from a university in Lithuania and/or the United Kingdom.

• We offer a salary of 3,000 - 5,000 EUR gross per month, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus.
