The Opportunity

EY is seeking a Business Development Coordinator for our Lithuanian practice. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our business development initiatives and supporting our teams in various strategic sales processes. You will collaborate closely with all service lines (departments) and work jointly with the Baltic Business Development team to enhance our market presence and client engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support Focus account targeting process, driving engagement and relationship-building.
• Coordinate Lithuanian process of annual sales planning and budgeting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Coordinate the collection and analysis of client feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare impactful presentations and reports, analysis for management meetings, showcasing insights and recommendations.
• Provide strategic support for business development initiatives and manage ad-hoc requests.

Your ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple projects will be essential in this role. Capability to run effective and efficient Stakeholder management process. Strong analytical and communication skills will help you navigate challenging situations and work effectively with team members at all levels, from assistants to partners.

• Experience in a business development related positions.
• A university degree or currently pursuing studies in Economics, Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in analytics and market research.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
