Business Excellence Manager Baltics

Currently, Servier is looking for a Business Excellence Manager to lead and further develop the Business Excellence function across the Baltic countries. This is a strategic and hands-on role combining commercial excellence, data and analytics, CRM, digital and omnichannel initiatives to support more effective business decision-making and commercial performance.
• Lead and develop the Business Excellence function across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia;
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and other business functions to identify opportunities for improving commercial effectiveness;
• Drive the use of business, market and customer data to support strategic and operational decision-making;
• Develop and improve commercial analytics, performance measurement, forecasting and market modelling;
• Lead CRM development and optimisation, ensuring effective use of customer data and supporting Sales Force effectiveness;
• Drive digital and omnichannel initiatives and contribute to the development of customer engagement approaches across the Baltics;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and new data-driven solutions;
• Challenge existing commercial practices and provide recommendations based on data and business insights;
• Collaborate with local, Baltic and international stakeholders on Business Excellence, CRM, analytics and digital initiatives;
• Lead and develop the Business Excellence team.

• Solid experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of Sales and Marketing processes;
• Experience in Business Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, commercial analytics, digital transformation or a related area;
• Strong understanding of business and market data and the ability to turn analysis into actionable commercial recommendations;
• Experience working with CRM systems and customer data;
• Experience with digital and/or omnichannel initiatives;
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with BI and reporting solutions;
• Proven people management experience;
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach and ability to drive implementation;
• Fluent English.

Experience working across several countries or in a Baltic/regional role.
