Job Description

The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for leading and orchestrating all marketing activities across three strategic pillars: Brand, Growth, and Retention, ensuring global brand consistency and commercial impact.

Responsibilities:

BRAND – Build Awareness & Emotional Connection

  • Develop and lead Pulsar’s global brand strategy across core verticals: Hunting and Wildlife Observation.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels — packaging, website, social media, product launches, events, and POS materials.
  • Oversee the creation of educational and inspirational content to strengthen brand authority.
  • Manage localization and execution across multiple languages and markets.

GROWTH – Drive New Customer Acquisition

  • Lead performance marketing efforts across paid media, SEO, content, partnerships, affiliates, and ambassadors.
  • Define and optimize a full-funnel acquisition strategy from awareness to sales activation.
  • Own key metrics: CAC, ROAS, organic traffic, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Co-develop marketing plans with distributors — setting shared goals, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Support local markets with creative assets and execution best practices.

RETENTION – Create Unique Customer Experience

  • Build a lifecycle marketing approach focused on onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Partner with product and app teams to enhance post-sale experience (e.g., remote control features, insights).
  • Lead CRM, community building, loyalty initiatives, and review generation.
  • Establish feedback loops to integrate customer insights into content, product, and service improvements.

TEAM LEADERSHIP

  • Lead and scale a multidisciplinary in-house marketing team.
  • Introduce agile marketing practices: OKRs, sprints, retrospectives.
  • Define clear KPIs and dashboards to track marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to sales contacts in Lithuania to enhance performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for regional and HQ management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams on GTM strategy, messaging, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in marketing, preferably in global B2B2C or specialized technology industries.
  • Proven success in brand building and digital customer acquisition across international markets.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and content strategy.
  • Experience working with distributors or channel partners on joint marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., GA4), CMS, CRM platforms, and digital advertising tools.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
