Job Description

The Commercial Manager is responsible for developing Queisser Pharma business and executing the commercial strategy across the Baltic markets by building an effective relations with distributor, wholesalers and pharmacy chains, increasing sales of the company portfolio, and managing relationships with key business partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy and Market Development

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
  • Preparation and execution of the distributor selection process.
  • Expand brand presence in pharmacies, drugstore, retail channels
  • Analyse market trends, competition, and growth potential within the dietary supplements category.

2. Sales Management

  • Take full responsibility for achieving sales targets and budget for the Baltic region.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and market development plans.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement actions to improve results.
  • Manage pricing strategy and product profitability.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, distribution agreements, and sales plans
  • Coordinate sales and promotional activities with local partners

3. Product Portfolio Management

  • Cooperate with regional marketing and product management teams to adapt product strategies to Baltic market specifics.
  • Coordinate the process of launching new products in the region.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend portfolio adjustments.
  • Work closely with marketing, regulatory affairs, supply chain, finance, and logistics teams.

4. Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor key sales and profitability indicators
  • Prepare sales reports and market analyses for management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and commercial activities (ROI).

Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales and margin targets in the Baltic region.
  • Growing market share in the dietary supplements category.
  • Developing and expanding distribution channels.
  • Ensuring successful new product launches.

Requirements

Education

  • University degree (preferred: economics, management, marketing, pharmacy or related field).

Experience

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales or sales management.
  • Experience in dietary supplements, OTC, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working with distributors and pharmacy chains.
  • Experience in developing international markets is a strong advantage.

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.

Languages

  • Fluent English.
