Construction Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

• Communication with clients and participation in meetings
• Project scheduling and coordination
• Budget control, project invoicing, and coordination of additional works
• Identification and management of potential risks and issues
• Preparation of technical documentation for completed work
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Experience in the construction industry
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Good command of English
• Computer literacy
