Construction Project Manager

• Manage telecom tower and infrastructure deployment projects from initiation to completion.
• Evaluate land plots and buildings for telecom infrastructure development, including permitting feasibility.
• Coordinate design, permitting, construction and handover processes.
• Manage contractors, designers and external partners, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair, strengthening and upgrade works of existing tower assets.
• Prepare infrastructure for new tenants and colocation.
• Collaborate with mobile network operators, landowners, municipalities and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal, technical and quality requirements.
• Maintain project and technical documentation.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Spatial Planning or related field.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or telecom project management.
• Experience or understanding of spatial planning and permitting processes.
• Ability to independently assess site suitability for telecom infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.
• Good English language skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience or knowledge of telecom infrastructure (towers, rooftops, base stations) is a strong advantage.
