Country Manager

• Manage local marketing teams and brand owners collaboration to ensure brand equty and sales performance.
• Guide and evaluate marketing initiatives with the local team to support market reach and business objectives.
• Mentor and support brand managers to align local initiatives with market and company goals, fostering strategic growth and brand impact.
• Define, monitor, and control sales performance indicators for the local sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and overall company objectives.
• Oversee and manage market pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning while maintaining profitability and alignment with country-level revenue goals.
• Lead negotiations and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand owners, ensuring mutual success and the alignment of brand strategies.
• Oversee market-level P&L management, focusing on financial performance and profitability in collaboration with local teams.

• At least 5 years’ experience in marketing leadership, demonstrating a strong history of driving market strategies and successful brand growth.
• Proficiency in English and Russian with advanced communication skills (at least B2 level).
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret market dynamics, financial insights, and performance indicators to make data-driven decisions.
• Solid experience in brand development, underpinned by a profound understanding of the marketing mix and its practical application with a proven track record of building and sustaining a strong brand presence in competitive markets.
• In-depth knowledge of sales KPIs, and the capability to convert these insights into effective, actionable strategies for the local sales team.

2700-3500 €/month NET. The final salary package (base and additional bonuses) depends on the candidate's experience.
