Get ready to

• Create high-performing static ad creatives for paid social channels (Meta, TikTok and more)
• Own the creative process from concept to final execution, delivering high-quality, on-brand assets
• Test, iterate, and optimize creatives based on performance data to improve campaign results
• Research competitors, trends, and audiences to identify new creative opportunities
• Stay up to date with design trends, social platforms, and AI tools to continuously improve creative output

• Have experience in graphic design, creative marketing, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of digital ads
• Be highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools; video editing and motion design skills are a strong bonus
• Understand performance marketing and how creative impacts metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS
• Be able to develop your own creative briefs, concepts, and campaign ideas from scratch
• Work independently, take ownership of projects, and communicate confidently in English

• Gross salary range is 3000 – 4000 EUR/month.

• For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in other locations: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
