Monitor and evaluate the quality of the customer service interactions;
Deliver workshops to customer service teams on successes and areas of improvement;
Work closely with team managers and other stakeholders on various quality related projects;
Update the internal knowledge base;
Prepare and execute feedback sessions;

Requirements
We Expect You To
Have fluent English, both written and spoken (another language is a plus!);
Have previous experience in customer service (quality specialist or similar role is a plus!);
Be able to express constructive written and verbal feedback;
Have perfect time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once;
Be self-reliant, excellent problem-solver, results-oriented, attentive to detail;
Be a team player and possess great communication skills, both verbal and written;
Have knowledge / interest in the health & wellness industry (it’s a plus!);
