Data Analytics Team Lead

As the Data Analytics Team Lead, you'll lead and grow a team of analysts, shaping our analytics strategy end-to-end and bridging business and engineering teams. You'll empower your team to tackle complex challenges, sharpen their analytical skills, and turn vast user data into real business impact. • Own the user data analytics strategy end-to-end, connecting product usage, lifecycle campaign impact, retention drivers, and business outcomes into a single, decision-ready framework;
• Ensure user data and behavioral analytics are integrated, consistent, and complementary across teams — not duplicated or competing;
• Lead, coach, and scale your team, enabling them to become true business partners;
• Establish and enforce high standards for data quality, governance, documentation, reproducibility, and analytical rigor;
• Define and standardize metrics and experimentation practices within your domain, so analytics informs decisions before execution;
• Serve as a senior thought partner across Product, Lifecycle, and Engineering, turning ambiguous challenges into structured, outcome-driven analytics — while building a culture where your team acts as trusted advisors across the business;
• Design and drive end-to-end analytics solutions and process improvements that scale with product complexity and organizational growth.

• Proven experience of leading and developing analytics teams
• A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategy through data
• Hands-on experience in product or user analytics
• An understanding of modern analytics infrastructure and how AI and LLMs are evolving analytical practices
• The ability to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans and drive them to actionable outcomes
• High standards for clarity, structure, and precision in both analysis and communication
• Confidence operating in ambiguous environments and bringing structure where it's needed
