DATA STEWARD (F/M/D)

We are looking for a colleague who would join the Data Analytics team. As a Data Steward, you would be responsible for implementing our Data Governance program. Your work would positively impact not only our data products and the quality of our data but also our organizational processes as well as our IT development. Your key areas of responsibilities will be: 

• Identifying, documenting and monitoring data quality issues to ensure high data quality standards across all business domains; 
• Preparing and handing off requests to implement procedural or IT changes; 
• Serving as a go-to expert for questions regarding our Data Governance program; 
• Keeping in touch with change management teams and data owners to align the data team about upcoming IT changes; 
• Ensuring a smooth experience of getting access to the data they need; 
• Contributing to the development of the company’s data architecture. 

• Have 1–2 years of relevant work experience. 
• Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to data analytics (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics), data stewardship or project management. 
• Have strong experience using SQL. 
• Are able to understand business needs and communicate results to domain stakeholders. 
• Are able to document your ideas and express them in an effective manner. 
• Show attention to detail and have a knack for understanding systems. 
• Have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and oral).
