Demand & Supply Planner

• Development and management finished goods demand and raw/pack material supply plans in o9 application by analysing market trends, customer behaviour, historical sales data, and inventory metrics together with sales and production teams;
• Sales SKU Master Data management in SAP;
• Assure coordination and implementation of tasks related to existing and new product development.

• Data Analysis: Ability to use IT tools to carefully review data, identify trends, and utilize this information to predict product demand and sales planning;
• Forecasting Skills: Manage unpredictable demand fluctuations, estimate future sales in cooperation with our sales team;
• Inventory Management: Apply your knowledge of inventory practices and procedures to do daily planning activities;
• Communication: Use outstanding communication abilities to prepare presentations and present findings to team members effectively on a local or group level meetings;
• Time Management: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
• Teamwork: Foster a collaborative environment, work closely with colleagues, and maintain a positive team dynamic;
• Language: Good Lithuanian and English both verbal and written to communicate and participate in a group meetings;
• Experience: track record in planning, sales, logistics or production processes management ideally with a minimum of 3 years.
