Site Identification & Evaluation, retail and RE market analysis and negotiations of new lease agreements with potential developers;
Expansion Strategy & Market Development, identification of expansion possibilities based on priorities;
Prospecting of new stores locations, act as the primary interface for incoming property proposals and expansion opportunities;
Project Coordination & Cross‑Functional Leadership, coordinate and structure potential projects based on legal, financial and technical feasibility requirements;
Location search and evaluate financial feasibility of new projects, including ROI, NPV, payback period, and risk assessments;
Support in property acquisition, lease agreement negotiations, portfolio development and project development process;
Gain new expansion ideas and monitor key financial and operational property KPIs and initiate improvement actions as required;
Oversee all lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, amendments, and end-of-term negotiations
Requirements
University degree;
At least 3 years relevant experience in real estate expansion projects;
Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
Project management experience and analytical skills;
Good persuasive skills and ability to work in a quickly changing environment;
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results under pressure;
Fluent in Lithuanian and English language (written and spoken).
