Export Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and customers across European markets;
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and dealer partnerships;
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from customer inquiry to successful order closure;
  • Consult clients on technical solutions and ensure high-quality customer support;
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis;
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events;
  • Work closely with colleagues in Lithuania and Sweden within a shared international sales organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in forestry, agricultural, municipal, or similar machinery industries;
  • Good technical understanding of tractors, forestry machinery, or similar heavy equipment, with an interest in technical products and machinery;
  • Experience working with B2B clients, dealers, distributors, or export markets would be considered an advantage;
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely with international dealers and partners;
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken;
  • Good German language skills;
  • Proactive and self-driven personality, comfortable working in an international sales environment;
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client visits, dealer meetings, and exhibitions across Europe.
