Ideal applicants will possess a wide range of skillset, of which commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, monitoring and repair of heavy electrical equipment. Successful applicants possess strong electrical aptitudes.

Candidates must be fluent in both English and Lithuanian to perform daily tasks and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

What you will do on a day-to-day basis (Responsibilities include but are not limited to):

Act as the on-site representative for Power Electronics, ensuring our installations run flawlessly for our clients.

Start-up and commissioning of solar inverters at customer photovoltaic solar plants.

Diagnose and repair faulted inverters in the field. This includes troubleshooting and replacing various components like FRUs, MV transformers, MV switchgear, electronic boards, AC and DC fuses, fans, and filters.

Complete daily field reports on time, capturing all work and time spent on site.

Manage inventory of parts assigned to you for field work. Care for company property, including the provided vehicle, tools, electronic devices, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Provide maintenance to inverters by following all established procedures.

Update inverter software and hardware.

Attend to warranty claims by servicing tickets promptly.

Follow safety procedures, including "Safe Start" and "Safe Stop" protocols.

Perform physical installations, such as connections and wiring.
