You own its results and set the bar for quality and analytical depth. You’ll work directly with department heads on business cases, unit economics and scenario analysis, turning numbers into decisions that move the business. Meet your future Team Lead: Indrė Beloglavkė, Head of FinanceYour day-to-dayYou'll be embedded with teams across the business - understanding what's driving performance, spotting trends early, and helping identify areas for growth. You own the numbers for your areas, which means owning the insight quality too: not just reporting what happened, but explaining why and turning insights into business recommendations.Day-to-day that looks like building financial models and business cases, running ad-hoc analyses on unit economics and scenarios, and contributing to forecasts and budgets built bottom-up with the teams who own them. Over time, you become the finance partner that leadership, the board, and investors rely on.

• 5+ years in FP&A, business partnering, or a similar analytical role.
• Hands-on with financial models and business cases.
