Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee indirect tax (VAT) operations across the organization.
- Ensure smooth daily execution of VAT compliance and VAT advisory activities.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Participation in strategic organizational projects.
- Provide high-level VAT advice to senior management and key clients.
- Drive effective planning, prioritization, and delivery of operational and business objectives.
- Represent the firm in professional events, working groups, and industry initiatives when required.
What We Expect
- At least 4 years of people management experience, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Deep, expert-level knowledge of indirect tax / VAT.
- Strong operational leadership skills, with a proven ability to structure, manage, and optimize processes.
- Ability to resolve complex VAT matters and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Lean or similar process improvement methodologies is considered an advantage.
