We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join the EY Talent team. In this role, you’ll work closely with EY business leaders to provide expert advice on Talent matters that drive EY Baltics’ strategy and goals. You’ll design people strategies that strengthen business performance and enhance the employee experience, while collaborating with the wider Talent team to deliver impactful solutions. Your key responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to design and implement talent strategies and support change management. 
  • Assess capabilities, drive skills development, and strengthen talent pipelines to meet future needs. 
  • Leverage HR data and technology to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions. 
  • Guide leaders in fostering a values-driven culture, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client service. 
  • Partner on key areas such as employee engagement, performance management, and compensation, working closely with the Baltic Talent team.  

Attributes to thrive in the role   

  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within an international organization or a large local company. 
  • Ability to deeply understand business needs and demonstrate how strong talent engagement drives performance. 
  • Creative and flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities while meeting deadlines. 
  • Skilled at developing clear, actionable plans aligned with business and talent strategies. 
  • Strong client focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships locally and virtually across borders; adept at influencing and managing change effectively. 
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels. 
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
