Infrastructure Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Team Lead to own and develop a hybrid infrastructure supporting mission-critical card payment systems.

In this role, you will lead an infrastructure team, ensure high availability and operational stability, and drive infrastructure modernisation and automation while maintaining compliance in a regulated fintech environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor an infrastructure team (networks, servers, DBs, virtualization);
• Ensure high availability across on-prem, DR, and cloud environments;
• Own incident management, RCA, and operational stability;
• Drive infrastructure modernisation (automation, IaC, CI/CD);
• Manage vendors and infrastructure roadmap;
• Work closely with InfoSec, architects, and development teams;
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001.

• Experience leading an infrastructure or operations team;
• Strong understanding of hybrid infrastructure;
• Solid knowledge of:
• Linux & Windows servers;
• Virtualization (Proxmox / VMware);
• Networking (Cisco / Juniper);
• Databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB);
• Automation mindset (Ansible required; Terraform a plus);
• Experience in regulated environments (fintech, banking, payments);
