As part of our team, you will:

Conduct hands on laser micromachining experiments – such as volume modifications, drilling, cutting surface texturing… using ultrashort pulse laser systems, followed by thorough analysis and process evaluation
Set up, operate, troubleshoot precision motion systems like positioning stages, galvos and optical beam delivery components
Partner with customers and stakeholders to define specific application needs and develop customized laser processing solutions
Provide on-site technical assistance to customers, ensuring optimal performance of laser micromachining processes through troubleshooting and process fine-tuning
Support cross-functional teams- such as sales, business development or laser system engineering by offering technical insights
Take part in collaborative projects with clients, partners and research institutions, contributing to feasibility assessments and the development of novel applications
Stay informed on the latest trends in laser micromachining and materials science by participating in industry conferences and trade shows
Contribute to the development of advanced laser technologies that make a real-world impact

Degree in physics, engineering, or a related technical field
Curiosity for technology and willingness to learn
Experience in a similar position is a plus
