GET READY TO:

  • Keep a record of all postal mail received using a specialized computer system
  • Sorting and grouping of all inbound and outbound physical and electronic postage for easy scanning and or dispatch
  • Scan received documents using the respective systems
  • Distribute or store the process documents according to defined processes, archive documents (contracts, invoice originals) according to the EU documentation directives and standards
  • Taking care of outbound postal mail - preparing mail, ensuring timely sending of postal mail.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • Good English language skills
  • Previous experience in administration or a related field
  • Ability to perform monotonous and repetitive work under high quality
  • Excellent attention to details, organisational skills
  • High level of self-motivation and personal responsibility
