MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Execute and own marketing projects in the Lithuanian market, localizing group go-to-market initiatives for local execution;
  • Ensure high-quality internal and external marketing communications in line with brand standards;
  • Manage and adapt content across key digital channels, including social media, website, customer zone, email marketing, content marketing and marketing campaigns;
  • Support social media strategy by localizing ready global and regional content and generating new content ideas and creating local content.
  • Coordinate thedaily collaboration with external agencies and partners of company;
  • Take ownership of local events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and partnerships, ensuring Culligan brand visibility in Lithuania.
  • Support other department colleagues with marketing material creation, adaptation and implementation as well as marketing communication for specific business area needs, f.ex. merchandizing materials for retail department;
  • Monitor local water market trends and local competitive landscape.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing;
  • Strong marketing project management mindset: structured, deadline-oriented, quality-focused;
  • Good digital marketing skills and hands-on experience with Canva and/or other design tools, Mailchimp, Sproutsocial and WordPress (advantage);
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience of social media platforms;
  • Excellent Lithuanian language skills, including copywriting and text editing;
  • Fluent English for daily business and marketing communication;
  • Readiness to learn new digital, AI and design tools and ways of working as well as being able to apply those tools and new routines to marketing projects on everyday basis;
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects independently.
