Merchandiser (Kaunas, Klaipėda, Vilnius)

As a Merchandiser for Samsung Lithuania Your impact would include: enhancing brand representation, boosting sales performance, gathering market insights, building relationships, influencing consumer choices. By working as a merchandiser, you would be a crucial link between Samsung and its Lithuanian customers, directly influencing how the brand is perceived and driving business success in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Build consistent business relationships with the dedicated Account on behalf of Retail Marketing department.
• Drive and maintain effective working approach of the dedicated Account by store visits according to the set daily business route.
• Execute and ensure placement of visual merchandising materials in a timely manner.
• Monitor the placement of visual merchandizing materials in stores ensuring visibility and quality.
• Identify potential areas of improvement at Account’s store, seeking better visibility and product presence for consumer in line with account policy.
• Represent Samsung mobile products in the field and sense consumer shopping trends for VOC (voice of consumer).
• Keep regular follow up and reporting on Field force KPI’s; action all business related requests on time and in full.
• Cooperate with Key Account Managers to contribute to Samsung product sell-out in line with Retail Marketing standards.
• Demonstrate proactive and consistent communication with Sales, Retail Marketing and other departments on a daily basis.

• Previous experience in the retail field (Merchandiser, Sales representative etc.).
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
• Higher education.
• Driving license is a must.
• Teamwork, time management, accountability and excellent communication skills.
