We're now hiring a proactive and well-connected Partnership Manager to lead and expand our global ecosystem of partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a business developer at heart, skilled in identifying win-win collaborations with accounting firms, marketplaces, ERPs, fintech platforms, and startup communities - all with the goal of lowering costs of sale and scaling indirect sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent 1stopVAT at partner events, conferences, and webinars to build visibility and brand authority.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners (e.g., accounting firms, ERP platforms, e-commerce ecosystems, startup hubs).
- Nurture and manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure consistent value creation for both sides.
- Educate partners on 1stopVAT’s services and value proposition to empower them as effective referral sources.
- Launch and manage co-branded initiatives: webinars, campaigns, content collaborations, and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate closely with sales and marketing to align partnership activities with broader company goals.
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize partner success strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales - ideally in SaaS, fintech, taxtech, or e-commerce.
- A network or understanding of accounting firms, ERP platforms, marketplace platforms, or B2B SaaS channels.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset - you can go from pitch to signed deal to campaign launch.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with indirect tax compliance (VAT, GST, Sales Tax) or related B2B services.
