Job Description

Reporting to Payments Senior Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting the transition and centralization of the Fund Administration and Corporate Services payments process to our Central Operations center in Vilnius:

  • Support the team responsible for our client and investor payments processes across our European region, contributing to the transition and centralization of payments to our Vilnius office.
  • Coordinate and manage a small team, overseeing day-to-day activities, distributing workload effectively and ensuring team members have the support they need to succeed.
  • Work closely with the Payments Managers, contributing to the effective ownership and management of payment operations, ensuring tasks are handled with accuracy and accountability.
  • Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement activities within the payments function.
  • Monitor payment performance and issue resolution, working through exception processing with partners and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on process improvement and new technology initiatives related to payments.
  • Act as a point of contact and subject matter expert for payment-related queries and projects.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication, collaboration and collective drive toward common objectives.
  • Support team activity planning and coordination.

Requirements

  • A background in finance, accounting or a related field
  • Basic understanding of payments and willingness to learn and develop knowledge of payment operations and industry specifics.
  • Experience working within a financial services or banking environment, with some exposure to payments operations or involvement in payment-related projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Degree level educated in a relevant area such Finance, Accounting or Economics.

Nice to have

  • Experience in payments would be preferred.
  • Supervisory and/or team management experience would be beneficial.
  • Project or change management experience, and in particular, an interest in automation activities would be desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office package would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), organized and flexible;
  • You possess team spirit with the ability to work independently using your own initiative when appropriate;
  • Intellectual curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ambitious with a high level of energy and commitment and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially numerical.

  • Monthly base salary for this position is from 3,160 EUR to 3,900 EUR gross. Final offer will be determined based on your competences, qualifications and professional experiences.
