• Analyze existing payroll processes, document them and create standardized operating models and best practices across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization and automation.
• Prepare work instructions, methodologies and process maps and organize their presentation and training for teams.
• Ensure effective interaction between payroll processes and systems, promoting optimal system utilization and high data quality.
• Develop and analyze performance indicators and management reports, providing insights into process efficiency, client profitability and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate process improvement initiatives in cooperation with payroll, accounting, business and other stakeholder teams.
Requirements
• Have at least 3–5 years of experience in payroll, accounting or financial processes.
• Have experience working with process improvement methodologies, project management or continuous improvement initiatives
• Have a good understanding of payroll process logic and related legal requirements.
• Have experience in analyzing, documenting and improving business processes and driving change initiatives
• Are able to prepare clear work instructions, methodologies and process descriptions.
• Have a strong process mindset, can see the bigger picture and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and scalability.
• Can understand system functionalities, integrations and data flows and translate them into practical business solutions.
• Enjoy collaborating, facilitating discussions and sharing knowledge.
