PPC specialist

We are looking for a talented and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our PPC team as a mid-level professional. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads to drive qualified traffic, increase brand visibility, and achieve our clients business goals. The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record of managing successful Google Ads campaigns, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, ad group structuring, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
• Create compelling ad copy and design eye-catching ad creatives to maximize click-through rates and conversions.
• Performance monitoring and optimization:
• Monitor daily campaign performance, including key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
• Use Google Analytics and other data analysis tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals.
• Generate regular performance reports and present insights, providing actionable recommendations for improvements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with SEM, strong written, verbal and collaboration skills in Lithuanian and English.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform and related tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Editor, Looker studio etc.)
• Experience in budget planning and allocation to achieve campaign objectives effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot tracking issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tracking projects simultaneously.
