Procurement Specialist

KRONUS is a packaging products trading and procurement company actively developing its supplier network across the Baltics and Scandinavia. The company is looking for a proactive and results-driven Procurement Specialist to independently build and develop a new supplier base in Lithuania and eastern Poland.
Job description:
• build and expand a database of potential suppliers in Lithuania and Poland;
• proactively source and contact new manufacturers/suppliers;
• evaluate supplier quality, reliability, price level and cost-effectiveness;
• visit suppliers, inspect production, products and quality according to KRONUS criteria;
• negotiate prices, payment terms, production schedules, delivery dates and contracts;
• develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships;
• handle supplier requests from the sales team, collect offers and support successful deal closures;
• monitor deliveries, quality complaints and supplier performance;
• resolve claims with suppliers and production;
• maintain documentation, purchase orders and correspondence.
Requirements:
• 2–3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier development or B2B sales with physical products;
• strong negotiation skills – pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines and commercial conditions;
• Lithuanian, English and Russian language skills;
• category B driving licence and willingness to visit suppliers in Lithuania.

Monthly Salary:
from EUR 2800-3000 gross+bonus
