Job Description

  • Oversee all stages of the product development process, from concept ideation to production and launch.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, production, and marketing teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the development cycle.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential challenges and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement, capturing lessons learned to optimize future projects.
  • Manage and communicate with external vendors and suppliers when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in product development within the HVAC industry or a similarly regulated industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles, industrial manufacturing processes, and quality assurance standards.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Waterfall, depending on project context.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects while effectively prioritizing competing demands.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and switch seamlessly between detailed discussions and high-level overviews.
